A quick, tasty and beautiful holiday snack. This easy-to-prepare dish is great as a New Year's snack. Let's pamper ourselves on the holidays! :)

Ingredients

  1. Boil hard boiled eggs. To do this, pour them with cold water, bring to a boil, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then drain the boiling water, pour cold water over the finished eggs, cool.
  2. Peel the eggs.
  3. To cut in half.
  4. Take out the yolks.
  5. Mash the yolks with a fork.
  6. Open a jar of cod liver.
  7. Add cod liver (without oil) to the yolks and about 1 teaspoon of oil from a jar.
  8. Mash everything well with a fork.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, add mayonnaise. Mix well. The filling is ready.
  10. Stuff the halves of the egg whites with the resulting filling.
  11. Decorate the stuffed eggs with herbs and red caviar. Serve chilled.
