Delicious and delicate honey cake-pie on kefir, with sour cream. Pretty easy to make and very tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To prepare the dough, mix the eggs and sugar (beat with a mixer).
  2. Add soda and honey, beat further.
  3. Then add kefir and beat again.
  4. Gradually add flour. The dough should be liquid (like pancakes).
  5. We prepare the baking dish, grease it with butter. Pour half of the dough into a mold and send it to bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. (If there are two identical forms, then divide the dough in half into two forms and send two honey cakes to the oven at once). Bake the cakes for 25-30 minutes.
  6. While the cakes are baking, quickly make a cream of sour cream. To do this, start whipping sour cream in a slow mixer mode. Then, gradually introducing sugar, increase the speed of the mixer. Beat until the cream thickens. The cream is ready.
  7. We take out the finished cakes from the oven. The cakes need to be cooled (I quickly took them out to the balcony; you can do the same if you are making a cake in winter).
  8. When the cakes have cooled, cut each of them into two more cakes. Cut off thin strips in a circle, and leave for sprinkling.
  9. We thickly grease each cake with sour cream, stack the cakes on top of each other.
  10. Grind the cut edges of the cakes in any convenient way (I grated) and sprinkle with honey cake.
  11. That's all! Bon appetit and tea drinking! I hope everything worked out for you!
  12. P.S. I describe the amount of ingredients exactly as I cooked. If you think that there is a lot of sugar or honey (and it may seem so), then reduce to your liking.
