  1. Chop the onion into cubes and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
  2. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into quarters, if they are medium-sized, or in plates and fry with onions until the liquid evaporates. Salt and pepper.
  3. Beat eggs with salt, pour in milk, add dried herbs and add flour. Mix everything thoroughly, grind so that there are no lumps.
  4. Grease the pan with oil, heat and gently pour in the egg mixture.
  5. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown, covered. Turn over when the omelet grabs on top.
  6. Transfer the omelet to a plate. Top with mushrooms on one half and cover with the other.
  7. The mushroom omelet can be served. Bon Appetit!
