The most delicate omelet with sour cream, under the "cap" of melted cheese, is prepared quickly and easily. Excellent hearty and delicious breakfast!

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs until smooth with a whisk or mixer at low speed.
  3. Add sour cream, salt and black pepper to the eggs.
  4. Mix everything until smooth.
  5. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour the omelet mixture into it.
  6. We make the heat to a minimum and cover the pan with a lid. Cooking an omelet with sour cream for 3-5 minutes, until the eggs are completely set.
  7. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. As soon as the omelet mass grasps, sprinkle cheese on its surface and cover again.
