Potato baskets with mushrooms, cheese, tomato and bacon are an original appetizer for a festive table. Potato baskets according to this recipe are very tasty and beautiful.

  1. To make baskets of potatoes with mushrooms, peel and wash the potatoes first.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes.
  3. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the onion and mushrooms in a skillet.
  4. Add butter.
  5. Season with salt and seasoning. Fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater.
  7. Place the cheese in a bowl and beat in 1 egg.
  8. Mix.
  9. Cut the smoked bacon (bacon) into cubes.
  10. Cut the tomato into thin slices.
  11. Place paper muffin cups in a silicone mold.
  12. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  13. Place the potatoes in baskets, 5 plates in each mold.
  14. Place the melted cheese on top, 0.5 tsp in each mold.
  15. Then add the mushrooms.
  16. Place the bacon, 2 slices in each pan.
  17. Top with 1 slice of tomato. Place the baskets of potatoes with mushrooms in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  18. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  19. Remove the potato baskets from the oven. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for another 7 minutes to melt the cheese.
  20. Remove the baskets from the silicone mold.
  21. Remove paper cups.
  22. Place the mushroom and potato baskets on a platter and serve hot.
