A delicious and simple dish for lunch or dinner - baked potatoes with tomatoes and two types of cheese.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices.
  2. Boil 0.5 liters of water in a saucepan, add 1 tsp. salt and boil the potato slices for 10 minutes. Drain the water from the potatoes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half, and then cut each half into semicircles.
  4. Put potatoes in a baking dish, alternating with tomatoes.
  5. In a bowl, mix sour cream or yogurt with milk, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the resulting mixture over potatoes and tomatoes.
  7. Cut the mozzarella into cubes, put it in a mold on top of the vegetables with the sauce.
  8. Finely chop the garlic with a knife and put on top of the mozzarella.
  9. Grate Parmesan on a medium grater and sprinkle on top of the dish. Send potatoes with tomatoes and cheese to the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 30 minutes.
  10. Potato casserole with tomatoes and cheese is ready.
