This salad with olives is like a replica of a traditional Greek salad. The recipe is not fully sustained, but the salad turns out to be wonderful - light, dietary and bright.

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  2. Cut the cheese into cubes with a side of about 1 cm.
  3. Cut the olives into halves (I had both black and green, but you can use only black or only green - the taste of the salad will not suffer).
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Wash, dry and finely chop all the greens.
  6. Remove the zest from the orange and lemon.
  7. In a salad bowl, mix everything we cut and mix with olive oil.
  8. Pepper (no need to salt, the olives themselves are quite salty) and mix again.
  9. Olive salad is ready!
