  1. The products for this recipe can be eaten separately, but we will make a wonderful breakfast - scrambled eggs in a bun!
  2. We turn on the oven, set the temperature to 220 degrees.
  3. Cut off the top of the buns and remove the crumb.
  4. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut sausages (lightly fried) or sausages into slices. Cut the tomato into cubes.
  5. Fill the buns layer by layer with the filling, starting with the cheese at the bottom. In the process, pepper the tomatoes. Put the cheese on top too.
  6. Pour a raw egg into each bun on top.
  7. Sprinkle the eggs with cheese. If the cheese is unsalted, add a little salt to the eggs.
