  1. Cut round holes in slices of bread with a knife or glass of suitable size. The thickness of the bread slices is 1.5 cm.
  2. Break one egg into a bowl, pour in milk, add a pinch of salt and a mixture of ground peppers.
  3. Shake with a fork to mix the egg and milk.
  4. Put the bread in the egg-milk mixture, hold it for a while, turn it over to the other side and leave for a few more seconds.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Spread out the bread and fry on one side.
  6. Then turn the bread over. Put a piece of butter into the hole and carefully, so as not to damage the yolk, beat in an egg. Salt the egg. Cook over low heat, cover pan with lid, 5-10 minutes, or until desired egg consistency.
  7. Cook the second scrambled eggs in the same way (or cook 2 servings at the same time, if the size of the pan allows).
  8. Dip the sausages in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
  9. Put scrambled eggs in bread on a plate. Sprinkle the egg yolk with a mixture of ground peppers if desired, add a sausage and serve.
