A simple recipe for white asparagus salad will help you experience the real taste of spring and freshness. All the ingredients, except, perhaps, the asparagus itself, are very accessible, which also cannot but please;)

  1. We clean the asparagus, remove the hard lower part of the stem, cut into 4-5 centimeters in size and boil in boiling water for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the asparagus in the pan for another 15 minutes.
  2. Boil green pea pods - literally 5 minutes so that they remain crispy!
  3. Boil eggs, fill with cold water, clean and cut into slices
  4. Wash greens and cut (or tear with our hands).
  5. Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon.
  6. Beat the olive oil with lemon juice, a couple of tablespoons of asparagus broth, mustard, salt and pepper.
  7. All the ingredients for the salad, except for the eggs, are put in a bowl, seasoned and mixed. decorate with eggs on top and serve. Bon Appetit! ;)
