Very beautiful and tasty biscuit cake with butter cream and bananas. The section shows a circle of banana with a black contour of chocolate in a thick layer of cream. Preparing a cake is very easy, despite its complex appearance.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cover the bottom of the form with removable sides with parchment, grease the sides with butter.
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest into a stiff foam.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder and cornstarch.
  4. Beat the egg white in a clean, dry bowl and with a clean, dry whisk until fluffy strong peaks.
  5. Mix the yolks with proteins, pour out the flour mixture, mix well with a silicone spatula. Don't rush carefully.
  6. Pour the dough into the mold, smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer, it should be completely dry, without crumbs, sticky dough.
  7. Remove the finished biscuit from the mold and place on a wire rack, leave to cool completely. Cut the cakes slightly along the edge (so that the ring from the removable form is 1 cm from the edge of the biscuit). Cut the biscuit in half horizontally (so that we get two round biscuits).
  8. Heat gelatin over low heat, stir until completely dissolved, do not boil. Let cool until warm.
  9. Chop up the chocolate with a knife.
  10. Puree banana with a blender, add sugar and mix. Whip cream until fluffy peaks, add banana puree and chocolate to them. Beat at medium speed. We also introduce warm gelatin.
  11. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  12. Peel the banana, cut off four pieces so that a ring can be connected from them.
  13. Put one cake on a dish, arrange the ring around the cake so that the gap is the same around the circle of the biscuit. Lubricate the cake with cream, dip the bananas in chocolate and put on a biscuit so that you get a ring. Gently fill the middle of the banana ring with cream, also fill the void between the mold and the biscuit, level the surface.
  14. Lay out the second cake, grease with a layer of cream and also fill the void between the biscuit and the mold, level the cream on the surface. We put in the refrigerator for the night, or for 8 hours.
  15. Carefully draw a thin knife along the edge of the mold and remove the mold.
  16. We draw stars with melted chocolate (draw stars, hearts, flowers on paper, put them in a file and draw on a file). Put in the freezer. We remove the frozen chocolate figures from the film.
  17. We decorate the cake with a pastry bag, sprinkle with grated chocolate, lay out or put stars. We decorate the biscuit cake with bananas at our discretion. (Stars can be replaced with any other pattern, such as flowers, hearts.
  18. Biscuit cake with butter cream and bananas in a section.
  19. Enjoy your meal!
