Incredibly tender and delicious cookie cake with kiwi, bananas and custard will be a real find for those who do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, but at the same time try to surprise guests. The cake is prepared without baking and looks charming on the table!

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to warm and soften.
  3. Crack an egg into a saucepan and add sugar.
  4. Add the flour, sifted through a sieve, to the pan with the egg and sugar.
  5. Pour milk into a saucepan and stir until smooth.
  6. Place the saucepan over low heat and stir until thickened. This will take approximately 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove the saucepan from the heat and cover the cream with plastic wrap in contact with the surface. Remove the saucepan with the cream in a cold place and cool completely.
  8. Remove the film from the cream and beat it a little until smooth.
  9. Place soft butter in a bowl and beat with a mixer at high speed for 5 minutes, until fluffy.
  10. While continuing to beat, add the custard a little at a time, beating each time until smooth.
  11. Beat the cream for a few more minutes, until smooth.
  12. Cover a rectangular shape (the size of my form is 16x24 cm) with foil or plastic wrap. Lubricate the bottom and sides with a thin layer of cream.
  13. Pour cold milk into a bowl. Dip the cookies one at a time in milk.
  14. Lay the first layer of cookies on the bottom of the pan in a single layer.
  15. Apply the cream to the cookie layer.
  16. Peel the kiwi and cut into very thin circles. Place half of the kiwi on top of the greased biscuits.
  17. Peel and thinly slice bananas. Arrange the banana slices on top of the kiwi.
  18. Brush the fruit completely with some of the cream.
  19. Lay out another layer of cookies soaked in milk. Lay out a layer of fruit and cover them with cream. The last layer should be a layer of cookies soaked in milk. Cover the surface of the cake with cling film and refrigerate for 8 hours to soak.
  20. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and invert the cake onto a cutting board or platter. Remove the plastic film.
  21. Break the chocolate into pieces. Heat up the cream and pour over the chocolate. Mix everything until smooth.
  22. Transfer the chocolate mass to a pastry bag and apply the design on the surface of the cake.
  23. Grind five pieces of chocolate chip cookies with a blender into small crumbs.
  24. Sprinkle the sides with cookie crumbs. Cookie cake with kiwi, bananas and custard is ready.
  25. Enjoy your meal.
