Practical and successful use of the yolks left after the preparation of the protein cream. The taste of biscuit is not worse than the classic one. Tasty and practical if you decorate a biscuit on yolks with protein-custard.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven - heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. First, beat the yolks with a mixer at low speed. Add powdered sugar and increase mixer speed
  3. When the yolk mass turns white, add water and whisk a little more.
  4. Mix flour, starch and baking powder. Through a sieve, add the dry mixture to the yolk-sugar mass.
  5. With a spatula, gently mix the dough until smooth, in a circular motion from the bottom up.
  6. We cover the bottom of a detachable form (diameter 22 cm) with parchment and lay out the biscuit dough in the form.
  7. Gently level the surface of the dough so that it does not lose splendor.
  8. We bake a biscuit in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden stick - it should be dry.
  9. Leave the biscuit to cool in the mold for half an hour. Then transfer to a plate or wire rack to cool completely.
  10. The next day, the biscuit on the yolks can be cut into 3-4 cakes and make a cake by smearing the cakes with any cream (for example, custard protein).
  11. Enjoy your meal!
