A delicious dark chocolate cake will not leave indifferent lovers of this magical delicacy.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare dough. Beat 5 proteins in a strong foam and set aside. In a water bath, melt 400 gr. dark chocolate, butter and powdered sugar. Mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Remove from fire.
  2. In a separate bowl, put 5 yolks, passed through a sieve, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of melted chocolate mass, so that the yolks get used, so to speak, to the temperature of the chocolate, mix. Add the rest of the melted chocolate and mix well again. Carefully add the sifted flour and mix again. Add the beaten egg whites and mix gently (not in a circle, but from the bottom up, so that the dough absorbs the proteins).
  3. Pour the dough into a greased and floured form (32 cm x 22 cm) and place in a preheated oven, bake for 8-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Readiness test: a thin, tender crust should form on top of the cake, and inside the cake should be very moist.
  5. Prepare chocolate sauce. Melt milk chocolate, cream and butter in a water bath. Mix well and keep the gravy warm.
  6. Sprinkle cocoa cake, cut it into pieces, pour over each piece with chocolate sauce, decorate with herbs (optional). Also, this cake goes very well with a scoop of creamy ice cream.)))
  7. Enjoy your meal!
