  1. So, first of all, we need to prepare our black-black dough. As you may have guessed, we will be using activated carbon, finely ground into dust. This will not affect the taste, it will not squeak on the teeth, but it will delight fans of black and, I hope, pleasantly surprise.
  2. Mix milk, sugar and yeast
  3. Heat some of the milk and add sugar, when the milk-sugar mixture becomes warm, combine it with dry yeast. Now let's wait for the fermentation process to begin.
  4. Add water to the yeast to knead the dough
  5. Some time passed and our yeast started working. Excellent! I add water to milk and mix (you can mix everything only with water or only with milk).
  6. Add sifted flour and knead the pizza dough

  16. Prepare ingredients for dough filling
  17. While the dough is coming up, let's start filling. The first thing we need to do is prepare the sauce. They say that "the sauce hides a thousand sins", but not in our case! The sauce will help highlight the color of the dough and the flavor of the filling!
  18. Mix cream and melted cheese to make a sauce
  19. The sauce is very easy to prepare, mix the cream and cream cheese. The sauce should be like sour cream.
  20. Chop onion, salmon and grate cheese
  21. Then we chop the fish, onion and grate the cheese.
