Anchan is a blue Thai tea from the legume family (Clitoria trifoliate), is a natural food coloring, does not contain caffeine. The anchan drink itself is very beautiful, but if you add a drop of lemon juice to blue tea, the color will turn purple.

Next, beat the hot milk until a stable foam forms (as for a cappuccino).Pour milk into a tall glass.Finish off the drink by pouring matcha blue tea into a glass of milk. Admiring how the layers are mixed.We serve immediately. The drink can be garnished with coconut flakes or cream.
