Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make a crumb of cookies, and mix with butter. Lay the base on the bottom of the container, forming the sides.
  2. For the blueberry cheesecake filling, beat the sour cream with the sugar until fluffy. Beat the cheese with a blender so that no lumps remain and mix it all with sour cream.
  3. Gelatin should be soaked in cold water and left to dissolve, stirring occasionally. Then divide the mixture into 2 equal parts.
  4. Using a blender, make blueberry puree from the berries. Add one part of gelatin to it. Add the other half of the gelatin and a handful of whole blueberries to the cheese filling.
  5. Pour the cheese filling on the cooled cake. Add blueberry puree on top and level the surface. Leave the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. During this time, the filling will thicken completely.
