The most delicious and delicate potato pancakes can be made from potatoes boiled in their uniforms and feta cheese.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes, let cool completely, and then peel.
  2. Grate completely cooled potatoes on a coarse grater.
  3. Chop the green onion finely.
  4. Chop the parsley finely too.
  5. In a bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add egg and milk.
  6. And also green onions, parsley. Stir until smooth.
  7. Put potatoes, crumbled cheese, garlic pressed through a press into the dough and add black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  8. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add small pancakes from the dough, fry over low heat until golden brown.
  9. Turn over and sauté on the other side, also over low heat, so that the pancakes are well baked on the inside.
  10. These potato pancakes can be served immediately, or they can be cold (they are even tastier when cold). Sour cream will be very useful.
