Bolognese sauce and poached egg are wrapped in pancakes with iceberg lettuce and served with potato pie.

  1. Cooking bolognese sauce. To do this, cut all vegetables into small cubes and fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter.
  2. Add minced meat to the fried vegetables, knead with a spatula, mix thoroughly. Pour in wine, evaporate.
  3. Next, add chopped tomatoes, herbs and spices, mix. Simmer the sauce over very low heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. To prepare a poached egg, pour 1 liter of water into a ladle and bring to a boil, salt. We break the egg, pour it gently into the center and remove the ladle from the heat. After 2.5 minutes, remove the egg from the water.
  5. Fry pancakes with a mesh from any pancake dough. To do this, pour the dough into a bottle with a "spout" and draw a grid of dough in a hot frying pan.
  6. Now pie potatoes. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and, without peeling, rub them on a "Korean" grater.
  7. Pour boiling water over the potatoes, put them on a sieve, then on a towel.
  8. Deep-fry the potato pie.
  9. Putting the dish together. We put two nets of pancakes on top of each other. On them we put a green leaf of iceberg lettuce, a little bolognese sauce, a poached egg and sauce again.
  10. Wrap the meat sauce and poached egg in pancakes and lettuce. Serve with potatoes.
