Pastry made from puff pastry is always tasty and very easy to cook. This version of the snack can be presented to the guests in both salty and sweet variants by adding instead of herbs, for example, canned peaches.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The first stage is to defrost the dough and heat the oven up to 180°C. Then take cheese and strain it on a sieve. Beat the egg up and add salt, pepper and herbs.
  2. Prepare the dough. Cut it into two parts. We will get two braided biscuits. Roll it out. Divide the dough conventionally into three parts. Cut the left and right sides with strips obliquely, leaving 1.5-2 cm between cuts.
  3. Put the filling in the middle part. Then wrap each strip of dough carefully to form a braided biscuit. Repeat all the same with the second biscuit.
  4. Put the braided biscuits on the sheet pan with foil or baking paper. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes. In order to have the golden crust, before putting it in the oven, spread the egg on the top.
  5. Bon appetit!
