Insanely delicious scrambled eggs are obtained if you cook them in the English style. Here, in addition to eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans in tomato sauce, sausages and bacon. The bacon adds a smoky flavor to all ingredients. Try it, it's delicious!

  1. Cut the toast bread in half diagonally.
  2. Fry bread on both sides in a dry grill pan. Then put the toasts on a plate, and remove the bread crumbs from the pan.
  3. Remove the shell from the sausages. On the sausages, on one side, we make transverse cuts at a short distance (about 0.5 cm).
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  5. We wash the champignons, dry them with a napkin, cut them into 2-4 pieces, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
  6. Preheat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Fry the sausages and bacon over medium heat until the desired browning is desired.
  7. Heat the remaining vegetable oil in another pan. Fry tomatoes and mushrooms for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  8. Add bacon, beans (after draining the tomato sauce) and sausages to the mushrooms and tomatoes. We break eggs, salt to taste.
  9. Fry the eggs until tender. I always leave the yolk runny.
  10. Scrambled eggs in the English style are ready. Sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
  11. We serve hot English style breakfast with bread toast.
