Brizol - omelet with minced meat

Very simple and delicious breakfast - brizol.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Put between two layers of film and knead with your hands or a rolling pin into a thin pancake, a little smaller than the pan in which the brizol will be fried.
  3. Remove the top layer of the film.
  4. Beat the egg and pour into a wide flat plate.
  5. Transfer the minced meat pancake on a film and, gently turning it over, put it on top of the egg.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Transfer the minced meat and egg from the plate to the pan. Fry the brizol over medium heat until golden brown (3 minutes).
  7. Turn the brizol over gently. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Fold the brizol in half and serve.
  9. Bon Appetit!
