  1. Pour boiling water over the broccoli for 3-5 minutes to make it soft. Cut into small pieces.

  3. Shake the greens, cut the pepper into cubes, and cut the tomatoes into slices.
  4. Add butter to the cracklings, and place the vegetables on the pan.
  5. Beat eggs with milk, and add salt and spices.
  6. Leave the vegetables to cook for a while, then pour the egg mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the omelet with broccoli and tomatoes on top with greens, then grated cheese. Cover with a lid to form a uniform cheese crust.
  8. Fry until done.
