Incredibly delicious duck with potatoes

  1. Take the duck, grease it, pull out the feathers, cut it into pieces and put it in a saucepan. We also add vegetables and spices that you like so that there is a delicious broth, I put carrots, leeks and celery. Fill with water, but so that only cover the duck, so that there is a rich broth. Then we cook for about an hour, when boiling, remove the foam.
  2. We clean potatoes, onions. Potatoes mode in half, the pieces should be larger, small monjo potatoes whole. Bow mode is arbitrary.
  3. After our broth is cooked, we take out the duck and put it in a rooster or a ceramic pot. Then a layer of onions, then potatoes and fill it with strained broth. We put in the oven for 2 hours at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Duck and potatoes turn out to be the most tender, boiled, and the potatoes are simply awesome, stewed in such a delicious broth.
