Sometimes you want to make something easy and quick for dessert. One of such light recipes is a cake without baking "broken glass". The recipe is very simple - it contains jelly and sour cream, and there are many variations. Thanks to the bright colors, the dessert will be a great decoration for any table. And to make a cake "broken glass", you do not need a lot of culinary experience.

  1. Soak the gelatin with water, mix and leave to swell for 15-20 minutes.
  2. From jelly in packages - each portion separately, prepare jelly for dessert "broken glass", but use half the water.
  3. Pour the finished jelly into plastic cups and cool in the refrigerator.
  4. When the jelly has cooled, cut the plastic with scissors to get the jelly whole. Cut it into pieces - cubes, triangles, and place it in a deep bowl, in which we pre-put food wrap. So then you can easily remove the finished cake "broken glass" from the mold.
  5. Heat the gelatin in a water bath until completely dissolved.
  6. Beat the sour cream with sugar until fluffy. Gradually add, continuing to beat, dissolved gelatin.
  7. Pour the finished mixture into our dessert "broken glass" and send it to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  8. Carefully turn the finished jelly cake over on a plate and decorate.
