The most delicate dessert that melts in your mouth is a brownie covered with an airy cap of marshmallows with cream. Brownie is a chocolate brownie native to America, its texture is dense and moist. I assure you, if you combine brownies with marshmallows, it will turn out very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for Marshmallow Mousse Brownie Cake Recipe. Marshmallows are light marshmallow candies, sold in the department with children's sweets.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  3. Whisk butter with sugar.
  4. Add eggs and beat again.
  5. Add sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa powder to the butter mass. Thoroughly mix everything (using a mixer) until a homogeneous consistency.
  6. A classic brownie is made in a square shape, but I'll use a 24cm round shape.
  7. Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment. Brush the sides with butter and sprinkle with flour. Shake off the rest of the flour.
  8. Put the dough into a mold and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  9. When the brownie crust is ready, cool it in the pan on a wire rack.
  10. Marshmallow pour 100 ml of cream and melt in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Leave to cool to room temperature.
  11. Whip the remaining 200 ml of chilled cream separately until stiff peaks form. The cream must be cold, otherwise you will not get peaks.
  12. Gently fold the marshmallows into the whipped cream. Pour the prepared cream mousse into the cooled brownie pan.
  13. Leave marshmallow brownies in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (if you are not in a hurry, it is better to leave overnight).
  14. Cut the finished brownie cake with marshmallow mousse with a dry knife.
  15. Enjoy your meal!
