  2. Let's start by making the broth. We wash the meat well, fill it with cold water (2.5 l) and put it on heating.
  3. When the water boils, remove the foam with a slotted spoon and cook until the meat is tender (50 minutes).
  4. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, onions and carrots.
  5. Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil in salted water until tender. Cook the potatoes 15 minutes after boiling. We put it in a colander.
  6. Using a crush, soften the potatoes in mashed potatoes, let them cool.
  7. Finely chop the onion.
  8. Three carrots on a coarse grater.
  9. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the onions and carrots until golden brown.
  10. As soon as the meat is cooked in the broth, we take it out and let it cool a little. Separate the meat from the bone. Cut the meat into small pieces and return it to the broth.
  11. We wash the buckwheat and put it in a saucepan with the meat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  12. Chop the dill finely.
  13. Put the egg and dill in mashed potatoes. We mix.
  14. Add flour.
  15. Stir until smooth.
  16. We take a teaspoon of potato dough, thereby forming dumplings.
  17. Dip the dumplings one by one into the buckwheat beef soup.
  18. Add frying to the soup, salt and pepper to taste. We mix.
