Butter glaze muffins

Delicate muffins are prepared with the addition of milk. Decorate muffins with buttercream frosting.

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper rosettes.
  2. In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs to this mixture (one at a time), beating well after each.
  3. Continuing to beat at low speed, gradually add dry ingredients and milk.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared molds, filling them up to 3/4 of the total height. Place the blanks in the preheated oven, bake the cupcakes until a clean wooden stick, 25-30 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the molds.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the cream frosting. In a bowl, beat the butter until fluffy, gradually add the powdered sugar. If you use a dye, carefully add it to the oil mass and mix well.
  6. Using a pastry bag or syringe, decorate the muffins with cream icing.
