  3. We break the eggs into a deep bowl, salt.
  4. Beat the eggs with a whisk until light foam.
  5. Add kefir and vegetable oil. We beat.

  8. Finely chop the cabbage.
  9. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  10. Add cabbage and ham to the dough.

  13. You can also bake in silicone molds.
  14. We bake cabbage muffins with ham in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  15. We check the readiness with a toothpick or a match: if it comes out dry from the dough, then the muffins are ready.
  16. Let the diner muffins with cabbage and ham cool for 10 minutes and remove from the mold.
