Cakes in a slow cooker are just wonderful! For this cake, we will bake the cake in a slow cooker, and brew the cream on a gas stove. For the glaze, just melt the chocolate bar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's start preparing the Bounty cake by preparing the dough. First, we will grind sugar with eggs.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder.
  3. Add flour, melted and chilled butter, cocoa, milk and vanillin to eggs with sugar.
  4. Mix by hand or with a mixer.
  5. The dough is ready.
  6. We place the dough in the bowl of the multicooker, having previously coated the bowl with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour. We bake for 70 minutes on the "Baking" program.
  7. In the meantime, you can prepare the coconut cream. To do this, heat the milk intended for the cream, add sugar for the cream to it. With constant stirring, gradually pour in the semolina, stirring to break up the lumps.
  8. Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Cool the thick mass.
  9. Add oil and coconut flakes.
  10. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  11. We take out the finished cake, cool it.
  12. We cut into 3 parts.
  13. Let's start making chocolate frosting. We break the tile into pieces, add sugar and cream. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, in a water bath or over steam.
  14. (I choose the last option: I place the bowl on the grate over the boiling kettle, cover.)
  15. Depending on the chocolate, the bar can take 15 minutes or longer to melt.
  16. Lubricate the bottom layer of the cake with coconut cream. If the cakes are dryish (I have normal ones), then you can pre-soak them with any syrup, for example, coffee - boil sugar in a few tablespoons of instant coffee.
  17. We spread the second on it, also lubricate it. And then a third. We don’t lubricate the third one with cream, we will lubricate it with icing.
  18. Grease the top and sides of the cake with frosting. Sprinkle sides with coconut flakes.
  19. We decorate the top of the cake with mastic decorations, nuts - whatever you see fit. We put the Bounty cake in the refrigerator for several hours, after which it can be consumed.
