A very simple sour cream cake - from cakes on sour cream with cocoa, with sour cream.

Ingredients

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough and knead the dough. To do this, first combine sugar and butter.
  2. Add sour cream, mix.
  3. Add the sifted flour and baking soda, mix well.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part. Knead the chocolate dough until smooth.
  5. Divide each part into 3 parts and roll out 6 cakes - 3 white and 3 chocolate. It is convenient to do this between two sheets of parchment paper.
  6. Bake each cake in a hot oven, on a baking sheet greased with butter (optional), for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  7. Give the cakes the same shape, cut off the excess with a knife.
  8. Grind the crumbs with a rolling pin.
  9. For the cream, mix sour cream and sugar.
  10. Lubricate the cakes with sour cream, alternating them in color.
  11. Sprinkle the top cake with crumbs obtained by trimming the cakes.
  12. Put the sour cream cake in a cold place for several hours to soak.
  13. Cake "New" with sour cream is ready!
