If your kids love watching cartoons about the adventures of the Smurfs, then instead of sitting in front of the TV or computer screen, we recommend that you cook this delicious blue dessert with them. Today it will become a fairy tale in your kitchen.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Line the mold with baking paper. Line the bottom with cookies.
  2. Dissolve lemon jelly in hot water and let cool. Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, then slowly pour in lemon jelly.
  3. Pour the mixture over the cookies and smooth out. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. For the creamy layer, dissolve two blue jellies in hot water and cool.
  5. Whip the cream to stiff peaks, then pour in the cooled blue jelly and stir.
  6. Spread the creamy mass over the cheese mass and refrigerate.

  8. On top of the Smurf cake, you can arrange small meringues that not only look very elegant, but also resemble ... smurf hats in their shape! Bon appetit!
