This cake is very easy to make. The basis is a simplified biscuit, the cream is sour cream. Fast and tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For the biscuit dough, beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder, mixing gently. We cover the form with baking paper, grease with oil and pour the dough into the form. We bake a biscuit in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
  2. Cut the still hot biscuit into 2 cakes and soak with strawberry puree juice. To prepare it, you need to mix strawberries, sugar and fruit juice (or water) with a blender until smooth. You can do without impregnation, but it is done quickly, and the cakes will be tastier.
  3. We make a cream of sour cream and sugar. (I added a little more vanillin and 70 grams of milk; rustic sour cream, very fat and thick.) Beat well.
  4. We generously coat the bottom cake with sour cream. Top with second layer. We coat it with cream.
  5. In the remaining cream, spread the strawberries, mix gently and spread on top, completely covering the cake.
  6. We leave the biscuit cake with sour cream and strawberries for impregnation, and after 4-5 hours you can drink tea with the Strawberry Madness cake!
