This unusual cake with chocolate chips has a light almond flavor that is actually the flavor of bird cherry flour.

  15. Place in preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  16. Remove the finished cake with bird cherry flour and chocolate from the mold and cool completely on a wire rack.
  17. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
