Today I will cook a very delicious no-bake caramel cake from simple ingredients.

Take 100 g roasted peanuts
and grind with a knife.
Let's make caramel.
Pour 240 g of sugar into a saucepan
and add 60 ml of water. Immediately prepare 60 g of butter
and 100 g of sour cream 25%.
Let's go to the stove. We put the saucepan on medium heat and, without interfering, cook until an amber color.
Turn off the heat and immediately add the butter.
Mix well until the oil dissolves.
Also add sour cream and mix. Sour cream can be replaced with heavy cream.
Pour the finished caramel into a bowl and send it to a cold place to cool.
Add 1/3 of the cooled caramel to the chopped peanuts.
Mix well with caramel and peanuts.
The rest of the caramel is added to 500 g of sour cream 25%.
Beat caramel with sour cream with a mixer for 3-5 minutes, until light airiness. Cream is ready!
We collect the cake without baking. We cover the form in which we will collect the cake inside with a film. At the bottom of the form lay out the caramel with peanuts, spreading over the entire bottom.
For a quick impregnation of the cake, dip the cookies in milk.
Spread a layer of cookies on the peanuts.
Apply a layer of cream on top.
Lay out the cookies again.
We do this all the way to the top.
The last layer will be cookies.
We send the cake to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Flip the finished cake
and free from the form and cling film. I had some cream left, and I decided to decorate the sides of the cake with cream.
From the remaining cookies we make small crumbs.
Decorate the sides of the caramel cake with crumbs.
We cut the finished cake without baking and serve it to the table. It turns out moderately sweet, tender and very tasty. And yes, it is very easy to prepare. I advise you to cook and enjoy its taste.
