Calamari stuffed with crab sticks and seaweed

Squid stuffed with crab sticks and seaweed is a great appetizer that is suitable for a festive or everyday table. On top is a squid ring, and inside is a delicate filling that has a fairly balanced taste. You can serve stuffed squid as an independent snack or with a side dish, such as rice.

  1. Prepare all items on the list.
  2. Warm up the water a little.
  3. Pour into a bowl 2 tbsp. tablespoons of warm water and pour gelatin. Mix.
  4. Add Mayo.
  5. Mix thoroughly again.
  6. Chop the seaweed quite finely.
  7. Crab sticks cut into medium pieces.
  8. Peel and grate the carrots on a fine or medium grater.
  9. Transfer carrots, crab sticks and seaweed to a bowl with gelatin mixture.
  10. To stir thoroughly. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  11. Stuffing for squid is ready.
  12. Boil water in a saucepan and put frozen squids in it. Cook for 4 minutes from the moment of boiling. Do not cook longer, otherwise the squid will become tough.
  13. Remove squid from water and cool.
  14. After filling the squids with the prepared stuffing and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  15. After a while, cut the stuffed squid into circles and serve.
  16. It turns out an elegant and original snack.
  17. Enjoy your meal!
