Delicious appetizer for a festive table.

  1. Using a cookie cutter, cut out any figures from the bread.
  2. Chop the onion to make the canapes
  3. Peel the onion and cut into semicircles. Grate boiled beets. Add mayonnaise to boiled beets and stir. Peel the fish and cut into thin strips.
  4. Fry slices of bread
  5. Fry slices of bread in olive oil heated with Provencal herbs.
  6. Canapes with herring and beets decorate with onions
  7. Grease the fried bread with mustard, add the beetroot puree, a slice of fish and garnish with half rings of onion.
