Simple and tasty food - canned beans with onions, eggs, spices and fresh herbs. The dish is prepared very easily, quickly and turns out to be very satisfying.

Ingredients

  1. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes.
  2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the onion, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes, until transparent.
  3. Add canned beans to the pan along with the sauce. Mix.
  4. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and also send to the pan. Add thyme, coriander, salt and ground pepper. Stir occasionally and cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine egg and salt in a separate bowl. Shake with a fork until smooth.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Rinse cilantro, parsley and dill, dry and chop finely with a knife. Sprinkle the omelet with beans with chopped herbs and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the egg mixture sets completely.
  8. Canned beans with onions, eggs and herbs are ready.
