From the ready-made dry mix for baking muffins, I prepare a delicate muffin with pears canned in syrup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. Drain the canned pears, drain the syrup into a large bowl. Finely chop the pears.
  3. Place the sliced pears in a bowl of syrup, add the cake mix, egg whites and yolk. Mix with a mixer at low speed until smooth.
  4. Grease a cake tin (with a hole in the middle) and dust lightly with flour. Pour the dough into the mold and immediately place in the preheated oven. Bake a cupcake with canned pear for 50-55 minutes (until a clean wooden stick when the cupcake is pierced).
  5. Remove the finished pear cake from the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes in the mold, and then remove it from the mold and let it cool completely at room temperature. Sprinkle the cooled pear cake with powdered sugar.
