Lush omelet on carbonated mineral water, without milk and soda. Such a "carbonated" omelet is prepared very easily and quickly and turns out to be incredibly tasty, tender and airy. This is a great option for those who have an intolerance to cow's milk or simply lovers of unusual omelets.

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Better take the water strongly carbonated, then the omelet will be more magnificent.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized pieces. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chopped tomatoes until soft, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Season with salt and add black pepper.
  4. Use a fork to gently loosen the eggs so that the whites and yolks mix together.
  5. Pour highly carbonated mineral water into the egg mass and stir.
  6. Pour the egg mass with water into a pan to the fried tomatoes.
  7. Cover the skillet with a lid and fry the omelet for about 5-7 minutes until the eggs are almost set.
  8. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  9. A minute before the omelet is ready, spread the grated cheese over the surface. Cover and heat for another 1 minute.
  10. As soon as the cheese has melted and the omelet is thick and fluffy, the pan can be removed from the heat.
  11. Such a fluffy omelet without milk can be served with canned green peas.
