Very tasty, juicy and tender carrot cake with butter cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix sugar with eggs.
  2. Add sunflower oil, mix.
  3. Add grated carrots, mix.
  4. Add raisins.
  5. Chop the walnuts, add to the dough. Mix.
  6. Add flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking powder and soda. Mix the dough.
  7. Pour batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake a carrot cake with nuts and raisins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  9. Cut into 2 cakes.
  10. Whip the chilled cream with powdered sugar in a chilled bowl.
  11. Lubricate the bottom cake with buttercream.
  12. Cover with top crust. Lubricate the carrot cake with cream on all sides.
  13. Top the carrot cake with buttercream with orange zest.
  14. Let the finished cake soak in the refrigerator for 2-2.5 hours. Enjoy your meal!
