For a lunchtime snack, you can make a casserole with fresh bell peppers and boiled potatoes. These casserole ingredients are complemented with fresh tomatoes and melted cheese. It turns out such a dish is both hearty and appetizing.

  7. We lay out the bell pepper rings.
  8. Fill the ingredients with egg filling.
  9. Sprinkle grated processed cheese on top.
  10. Bake the casserole with bell pepper in the oven at 210 degrees for 25 minutes.
