Cauliflower is an ancient species of cabbage plant. It appeared in Western Europe in the 16th century. From cauliflower you can prepare many delicious dishes - first, second, vegetable salads.

  2. Disassemble the cauliflower into individual small heads.
  3. Rub butter with egg yolks, add semolina, and sugar.

  5. Beat egg whites into a foam and carefully add to the mass of cauliflower.
  6. The resulting mass is spread in a form greased with butter and steamed for 30-40 minutes under the lid.
  7. Serve cauliflower pudding with a spicy simple sauce: lightly fry the rusks in butter.
