These muffins will delight all lovers of cauliflower. You can serve cauliflower muffin snacks as a side dish or take them to a picnic.

Ingredients

  1. Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, pour water, bring to a boil, salt. Boil 20 minutes after boiling.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  3. Peel and crush the garlic.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown (7 minutes).
  5. Grate the cheese.
  6. When the cabbage is cooked, drain the water. Add onion, garlic, cheese. Knead and chill
  7. Separate the protein from the yolk. Add the yolk to the cabbage.
  8. Pour in the cream. Pour in the nutmeg. Salt if necessary.
  9. Soften the butter and add to the cabbage.
  10. Pour in the flour. Mix.
  11. Whisk the protein into foam.
  12. Transfer the protein to the dough.
  13. Stir gently until smooth.
  14. Turn on the oven.
  15. Grease cupcake molds with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  16. Divide the dough into molds. Bake cauliflower snack muffins for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
