Cauliflower with eggs and herbs

Cauliflower can be used to make many varied and delicious appetizers, salads and side dishes. We would like to offer you a recipe for cauliflower with butter, eggs, onions and herbs.

  1. We clean the cauliflower from the leaves, wash it and put it in boiling water.
  2. Bring to a boil, salt at the rate of one teaspoon of salt per liter of water. In order to eliminate the pungent odor, add one circle of lemon. Cover the saucepan and cook the cauliflower over low heat for about 12 minutes, until half cooked.
  3. Put the cauliflower boiled until half cooked in a colander, let it cool.
  4. We disassemble into inflorescences.
  5. Cut two onions into small cubes.
  6. In a saucepan or deep frying pan, melt 75 grams of butter and fry the prepared onion in it until transparent.
  7. Put the prepared cauliflower on top of the onion, add another 75 grams of butter, cover and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes.
  8. Finely chop the cilantro and parsley greens, set aside.
  9. Finely chop the dill greens.
  10. In a bowl, mix and lightly beat 5 eggs, half a teaspoon of salt and chopped dill.
  11. Add chopped cilantro with parsley to the cabbage, mix.
  12. Fill the cabbage with a mixture of eggs and dill.
  13. Cover with a lid again and leave the cabbage with eggs and herbs over low heat for a few minutes, until the eggs are ready.
  14. We serve a very tasty and aromatic cauliflower dish in a frying pan or on a platter, as a hot appetizer or as a side dish for meat.
