Cells of cream

Ingredients

• 100 g of butter;
• 100 g of condensed milk;
• wrapping film in "bubbles".

Directions

1. Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy. Pour condensed milk into a thin stream and continue beating until smooth.
2. Coat the cake with sour cream, and cover the top cake with butter. Place in the refrigerator to allow the cream to set.
3. Then cover the top of the cake with a bubble wrap, press it into the cream, and put it back in the refrigerator until the honey is completely soaked.
4. Remove the film - you will get a smooth picture of small cells.
5. Decorate the sides of the cake with any icing.
