This is a Vietnamese dessert soup made from glutinous rice and beans in coconut milk. In Vietnam, they love dessert soups and call them "che". Che are very different - their taste
depends on the fruits that are put there, and on the type of beans or beans. But any che must contain rice and coconut milk.

  1. Pour the beans with cold water, leave for 10 hours. Then rinse, pour 2.5 cups of fresh water in a deep-bottomed saucepan, put on high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Add rice, sugar, salt and coconut milk to the saucepan. Stir well, bring to a boil and cook rice until soft, 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, try, add more sugar if desired, stir, cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
