Cheese and milk soup with pasta and vegetables

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut carrots, onions, potatoes, spinach into strips into cubes.
  2. Dissolve the oil in a saucepan, put onion, bring it until golden brown.
  3. Pour in carrots, potatoes, fry everything together for another 4 minutes, add spinach at the end, warm up for another couple of minutes.
  4. Put the stewed vegetables into a saucepan, pour in vegetable broth (water), milk, season with Provencal herbs, pepper, salt, reduce the heat to a minimum, cook for about half an hour.
  5. Pour in the pasta, cook the soup until they are completely softened.
  6. Pour in the cream, add coarse cheese shavings, warm up a little, remove from the stove.
