It was love. The magical velvet of taste conquered me and made me a prisoner. I am indifferent to coffee, but I am ready to drink this one often.

In addition, I am a cheese lover, so the combination of delicate processed cheese with coffee just made me fall in love with myself.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Let's brew coffee. To do this, pour coffee into a Turk, a pinch of salt (it helps to open up the taste of coffee), and sugar. I immediately put cinnamon in there. Pour cold water over the volume of the Turks. I have it about 200-220 ml. We put on medium heat and wait for the appearance of a foam cap. When the hat appears, remove it from the burner, wait for the hat to fall off, and return to the fire. We do this 2 times. We let the coffee stand for a minute right in the Turk so that the excess suspension settles.
  2. 2. While the coffee is brewing, heat the cream to a warm or even slightly hot state, and add melted cheese to them. Whip cream cheese with a blender.
  3. 3. Pour our coffee into the cream cheese and beat well again. Pour into glasses and enjoy the magnificent delicate taste.
