A very tasty whipped-up pie - made from cheese dough with sour cream and sausages. Cheese, eggs, sour cream, flour, baking powder and tender sausages are all you need. Most likely, you already have all this in your kitchen. Prepare, you will succeed.

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. In a deep bowl, combine cheese, eggs, sour cream and, if the cheese is not salty enough, a little salt. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add flour mixed with baking powder through a sieve. Mix the dough.
  6. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil (I have a 20x16 cm baking dish).
  7. We spread part of the dough into a mold so as to cover the bottom by 0.5 cm.
  8. We spread the sausages on the dough (to fit the length of the mold, I cut them a little).
  9. Put the rest of the dough into a mold, covering the sausages.
  10. We send the form into an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake a cheese pie with sausages for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
